Has the Special Edition Campaign where 30% of the purchase price of the novel was to be donated to Alzheimer's, MS, and Parkinson's diseases ended?

Yes. The Special Edition Campaign was started on the 3rd of January, 2002 and ended on the 31st of August, 2002. The publisher, CG Star, L.L.C., has agreed to donate 30% of all revenues from the Special Edition of the novel, "Madam, The Grass Is High." CG Star, L.L.C. will hold the funds until a Foundation dealing with the research of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s diseases has been selected as a recipient of the donation. It may be one or more Foundations. Though there were not as many sold as hoped, the author wishes to thank everyone that participated in this campaign.
